Humility

Twas the night before I leave, on an incredible trip to Thailand,
This time to a different city, up north, in Chiang Mai.

I am so excited to see what God will do,
I can hardly wait to write, and tell all of you!

I suck at rhyming, or so I thought,
and don't really ever care to be taught.

So instead of writing poetry,
I ask you to follow me, on this journey via blog, Instagram, and Twitter.

First, I want to leave you with this one word.

HUMILITY.

If I left it standing alone without any explanation, some of you might understand what I'm getting at, and some of you may think you know. Instead I will just tell you -
Humble yourselves before the Lord and come into the presence of God.
This will allow you to: LOVE, hear His voice, sit in His presence and bask in His majesty, stand in awe of His grace and mercy, be forgiving to others as He has forgiven you, understand that our righteousness is nothing but filthy rags in your sight - but YOU alone have chosen to save us, and realize that there is nothing in life more satisfying and more fulfilling than a life following after God and seeking His kingdom in your life everyday.

I love you guys, and I would love to hear from all of your while I am there :)
